Hailing from Harlem, Porsh Bet$ embarked on quite the journey - beginning with his enrollment in a gifted students program that transported him to a small-town boarding school in suburban Massachusetts. Now 25, he's known for creating a captivating catalog of pop, rock, indie, and R&B tracks, earning both critical acclaim and a devoted following. Driven by an unwavering creative vision and belief in his musical talent, Porsh left a liberal arts college after just two months to pursue a music career in Los Angeles. In LA, he faced challenges, couch-surfing while honing his craft. On Thanksgiving day in 2019, he released two SoundCloud demos, eventually catching the attention of pop producer Koool Kojak, known for his work with Ke$ha and Doja Cat. This led to Porsh's debut single, "Apple Eyes," in September 2020, and his debut EP, "I Used To Think Forever," in July 2021.Porsh continued his journey with the release of his sophomore EP, "Things In The Way," in February 2022. In the spring of 2022, he welcomed his daughter, Kaydence, and took a year off to focus on family. During the summer of 2022, Porsh started working as a waiter at a local Chinese restaurant to support his family while pursuing his musical ambitions. He marked his 23rd birthday in October 2022 with the release of "My Demise," followed by multiple tracks throughout the year. These tracks developed into the “Porsh Bet$ Demo Tape” which was released independently in October 2023. In the summer of 2024 Porsh partnered with independent record label ONErpm to release his upcoming mixtape, “the Grey AREA”. Porsh aims to expand on his alt-pop sound and bring everyone in closer through his most personal and anthemic collection of songs yet. With 29 songs released since 2020, Porsh Bet$ has garnered acclaim from Billboard, MTV, Wonderland Magazine, Pigeons & Planes, Lyrical Lemonade, Early Rising, and more.
