Vibee is seeking a visionary Sr. Director of Ticketing to lead global ticketing strategy, operations, and execution across all Vibee events. RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership & Revenue Optimization

  • Set the global ticketing vision and roadmap, aligning with Vibee’s business objectives, brand standards, and growth targets
  • Develop comprehensive revenue strategies, including advanced package design, tiered/dynamic pricing models, dynamic yield management, and promotional frameworks
  • Partner with Finance and Business Operations to forecast, monitor, and optimize P&L impact for all ticketed events
  • Integrate ticketing strategy with hotel, experience, and VIP product bundling to drive cross-category revenue growth

Inventory Architecture & Event Planning

  • Oversee all inventory allocations, holds, and releases across channels and markets
  • Approve event builds, seating configurations, and ticket types on proprietary and partner platforms (Vibee, Ticketmaster, Universe, AXS, etc,)
  • Anticipate and proactively address market demand shifts, attrition deadlines, and cost exposures through data-driven allocation adjustments

Onsale & Presale Execution

  • Architect, document and enforce world-class onsale procedures, ensuring operational readiness, risk mitigation, and flawless execution
  • Oversee presale segmentation, access control, and messaging in partnership with Marketing & Communications
  • Maintain service standards that elevate fan trust, minimize friction and enhance conversion rates

Reporting, Analytics & Insights

  • Build and own executive-level dashboards tracking sales velocity, inventory health, and revenue performance
  • Deliver strategic insights to senior leadership, artist teams, and venue partners, influencing business decisions in real time
  • Lead post-event analysis, identifying commercial and operational improvements

Cross‑Functional & External Partnerships

  • Serve as the senior ticketing liaison for Production, Partnerships, Talent, Fan Experience, HR, Finance and Legal
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with ticketing vendors, platform partners, and venue box offices worldwide
  • Ensure all sponsorship, marketing, artist, and production ticket allocations are managed with accuracy, transparency, and auditability

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, hire, lead and mentor various team members
  • Direct, mentor, and performance‑manage a team of Ticketing Managers and Coordinators (seasonal and full time); set OKRs and professional development plans
  • Champion SOP discipline, documentation, and continuous improvement across all ticketing workflows

Onsite Box Office & Guest Services

  • Direct onsite box office operations at domestic and international events, including staffing, training and guest/staff resolution
  • Ensure PCI compliance with standards, financial settlement protocols and all contractual obligations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 12+ years in senior ticketing, box office, client success or revenue strategy leadership roles within live entertainment, music, festivals, or large-scale events

This Fall Internship is from September through December 12th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules), and all candidates must be able to work 10-29 hours/week, in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university interested in continuing their education through professional experience.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

The Television Music Creative Department handles all aspects of hiring composers, music supervisors, songwriters and and any other music personnel for Sony Pictures Television projects. The Department also provides in-house music supervision on certain projects, both television productions and any in-house music needs for internal communications.  For all SPT productions, TV Music Creative receives, catalogs, and stores all music deliverable assets.  When appropriate, Music Creative distributes the assets and works with the soundtrack team for any future releases (physical and digital).  The Department also oversees budgets, licensing, playlisting, and on-camera performances & works closely with music personnel hired to work on our productions.  Music Creative liaises with Music Legal/BA, Music Licensing, Music Copyright Administration & Soundtrack/Catalog development. Within SPT, TV Music Creative works closely with SPT Current & Development, SPT BA, SPT Production, SPT Marketing, and SPT Post on all music matters. TV Music Creative also works with music labels, music publishers, agents, managers and independent artists to source talent, pre-clear music (including for the department’s “Indie Drive”) and proactively pre-negotiates terms as necessary on behalf of the studio before going to Music Legal/BA and/or Music Licensing to facilitate them entering into final contract negotiations.  SPT Music also assists SPT Marketing and occasionally SPTI on any music needs they may have.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities for the prospective intern include but is not limited to: working on the DISCO platform for music submissions for productions & for TV Music Creative’s “Indie Drive” repository; making sure the appropriate metadata is included on said music submissions and confirms both completeness and accuracy of the information; working with the Music Creative team on data entry and retrieval of information within the the Music Affairs Group’s MAGIC program; help with music deliverables; do any necessary music historical research; update and input music within the department’s music libraries (digital & physical); shadow the department team at creative music meetings, including those with TV Production, composers, music supervisors, studio personnel & production executives and attends “TV Teams” with the Music Affairs Group.  The prospective intern will take part in any creative music searches and, when applicable, attend any spotting and mix sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The prospective intern must be a junior or senior in an undergraduate level program with a major in any of the following areas: Music, Music Business, Music Law, Communications, Broadcasting, Television & Film Production.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The candidate should have a strong knowledge of music (all genres as well as knowledge of composers in the video game, film & television spaces). Experience in TV / Film production is a plus, but not mandatory. Proficiency in programs such as DISCO, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe & the ability to work with both Mac and PC based applications is a plus.

About the RoleAs K-pop continues to gain momentum across Europe, AmazeVR is looking for a Business Development Manager who deeply understands the cultural, commercial, and fan-driven dynamics of this genre.

In this role, you won’t just support our projects — you’ll lead them. From localizing and launching immersive VR concerts with top K-pop artists, to forging partnerships with theaters, festivals, and distributors across the region, you’ll be at the forefront of introducing a new format of fan experience to European audiences.

You'll work closely with our global team to ensure each launch is tailored to the unique fanbase and market landscape of each country — bringing the K-pop experience even closer to the fans who love it most.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong rolodex of exhibitor cinema contacts, film distributors, concert promoters, and experiential pop-up operators across Europe. They will be expected to hit the ground running, leveraging their existing network to drive immediate distribution power for our VR concerts.

Flexibility in working hours is critical, as this role will frequently collaborate across time zones with our HQ in Los Angeles and our production and artist teams in Seoul.

ResponsibilitiesRegional Business Planning & Strategy

  • Proactively identify, pitch, and close new distribution channels in a traditional cinema chains landscape.
  • Continuously scout and evaluate emerging alternative venues and non-traditional partners (e.g. cultural institutions, brand activations) that can serve as exhibition platforms.
  • Help shape our European go-to-market strategy by bringing local insights and offer creative, commercially viable strategies.
  • Develop compelling project-specific business plans and set ambitious revenue goals for each country.

Regional Operations

  • Oversee and manage partnerships, ensuring flawless execution of VR concert rollouts across theaters, pop-ups, and festivals.
  • Work seamlessly with our internal production, licensing, and marketing teams to meet all regional requirements.
  • Keep a sharp eye on regional ticket sales and revenue performance, reporting key insights for continuous optimization.
  • Guarantee cultural and regulatory alignment for every country's release, making sure our concerts resonate with local audiences.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, content distribution, or operations within the European entertainment industry.
  • A proven track record of independently identifying growth opportunities and building scalable partnerships.
  • A deep, insider understanding of the European media, cinema, or music exhibition landscape.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when it comes to revenue modeling and market forecasting.
  • Comfortable and effective working cross-functionally with remote global teams.
  • Understands the challenges of breaking into conservative or gatekept industries and thrives in situations that require resourcefulness and persistence.
